Lisa Kettyle

Lisa Kettyle is the Program Director for the National Federation of Community Broadcasters (NFCB). Lisa has worked in non-profit and arts management for over 20 years, specializing in project management and audience engagement. Before NFCB, served as the Chief Operating Officer at Marfa Public Radio, where she oversaw day-to-day administrative and broadcast operations, project management, planned and executed successful membership drives, and provided administrative support to the award winning editorial team. Lisa excels in programming, event production, fundraising, and building organizational capacity. She also has experience with change management, diversity, equity, and inclusion work, and social media. Lisa believes community media is a vital resource with a responsibility to amplify local voices and stories. She is thrilled to be a part of Public Media Women in Leadership's CEO/COO Bootcamp.
