Public Media Women in Leadership prides itself for supporting the professional and leadership development journeys of women within our industry through the implementation of our various programs. Beyond our major initiatives, PMWL is committed to fostering the promotion of educated and inclusive communities across the system. We accomplish this by visiting our friends at various organizations and conferences across the country to talk on topics pertaining to career advancement while shining a light on the critical need to diversify station leadership.
