PMWL Mentor Program: Call for Mentors 2020

Are you looking for ways to help women’s professional and leadership development journeys? Do you know someone who would be a great mentor? We are seeking mentors from all verticals to join our Mentor Program's third mentoring round set to launch mid-January 2020.

In the past year, our program has supported the professional and leadership development journeys of approximately 80 women thanks to the commitment of mentors who have shared their wisdom and expertise.

As part of our program’s assessment, we asked mentees to select the areas they improved upon based on their participation and learned that 80% listed career guidance at the top, followed by leadership skills (69%), professional skills (63%), job effectiveness (60%) and networking (46%).
