Fieta Robinson

Fieta Robinson is the Director of Administrative Operations & Culture (AOC) at PSPR, KUOW in Seattle, WA. She joined KUOW in 2016 and has been in the public media industry for 10 years. She brings over 20 years of experience in people and culture, business operations, office management and policy development. At KUOW, Fieta oversees and manages the day-to-day administrative operations, Board of Director operations, workplace culture, and racial equity/DEIBA initiatives. Additionally, she designs roadmaps for high employee engagement, staff development and training workshops. Fieta leads the KUOW’s racial equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging efforts, and plays a key role in advancing organization excellence. She serve as Chair of the Racial Equity Team and Workplace Safety Committee.

Fieta holds a bachelor's degree in IO Psychology from Long Island University. In her spare time, she enjoys catching Pokémon on the go, comic books and gaming, also no one can binge watch anime like she can. She resides in Bellevue, WA with her family.
