Elevating Brave Talk through M.O.R.E. Mindset Leadership

Dr. Kym Harris-Lee is a board-certified executive coach, speaker, and published author. She utilizes a strategic and intuitive approach to guide clients out of their comfort zones in a way that minimizes discomfort and amplifies desired results.

This interactive workshop will give you the tools needed to build relationships that matter through brave talk, trust building, and authenticity.

The Multigenerational Workforce

Featuring Yemisi Oloruntola-Coates, GBH’s Chief Inclusion and Equity Officer and Dr. Megan W. Gerhardt, author of Gentelligence: A Revolutionary Approach to Leading an Intergenerational Workforce.

This session will provide a closer look into the concept of Gentelligence, as coined by Dr. Megan W. Gerhardt and how this approach has been applied at GBH as narrated by Chief Inclusion and Equity Officer, Yemisi Oloruntola-Coates.

Amber Cabral is an author and award winning Inclusion and Equity Strategist focused on helping organizations of various sizes and industries to create and execute strategies to achieve sustainable leadership and inclusion objectives.

In this session, Amber Cabral will share insights from her latest book, Say More About That:... And Other Ways to Speak Up, Push Back and Advocate for Yourself and Others.

The Media Leader's Journey

Wonya Lucas is president and chief executive officer of Hallmark Media. Lucas oversees the company’s portfolio of entertainment brands, including linear networks Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama; subscription video on demand service Hallmark Movies Now.

Prior to joining Hallmark Media in August of 2020, Lucas was president and chief executive officer of Public Broadcasting Atlanta, where she oversaw Atlanta’s NPR (WABE) and PBS (ATL PBA) stations.

This session will provide an inside look into Lucas’s career trajectory and highlight lessons learned from their leadership journey.
