Erika Matsuda
Erika Matsuda is the Membership and Events Manager at Montana PBS in Bozeman, MT. Since 2015 she has led a dedicated and successful team that has seen substantial revenue and membership growth. She works on numerous initiatives to cultivate donor support. Her main areas of focus are on-air pledge drives, annual mailings, outreach events and most recently, creating a midlevel giving program for donors. She spearheaded the sustainer membership program which has grown from 18% of the donor file to now 43%.
Erika serves on PBS Digital Fundraising Cohort (DFC) since 2022. She previously was on the PBS Marketing Advisory Council (MAC) from 2021-2024. She has presented virtually to fellow public media stations through these councils. She was on the APT Station Advisory Council from 2022 – 2024. She also serves as an ambassador for PMWL since 2020. Erika served as Chair of the Montana State University Professional Council from 2018-2019, in an alumni of both Leadership MSU class of 2018 and Leadership Bozeman 29 class of 2017.
In her spare time, she enjoys running, cross county skiing, knitting, volunteer DJing at the local radio station, KGLT and spending time with her identical twin nephews.
