I have learned how to communicate effectively, motivate others, and resolve conflicts in a respectful and constructive way. I value the trust and collaboration that I have built with various stakeholders over the years and am looking forward to continued growth.”

Glenda enjoys spending her free time with her husband Jermario and their two children – Kailey and Mason, and their dog Moon. She also volunteers in mentorship programs to help others achieve their goals in life.
